Star Bazar is open from 11:00AM to 8:00PM
(Closed on Mondays)

How can I place an order on Star Bazaar Japan?

You can place an order online any time in 24 Hours a day.
We also accept orders during our working hours by Phone, Fax, And Email.

Notice: Please place dry and frozen foods seperately otherwise it be sent as normal dry parcel

How long will my delivery take?

Delivery will be done next day, if orders are received before 2:00 PM (Monday ~ Friday) and 12:00 noon on Saturdays.

Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be processed on the next day.

We don't deliver on Sundays.

What if I want to cancel my order?
Order Cancellation Policies

Cancellation of any order placed should be cancelled by phone only before 2:00 PM on the same working day of the dispatched or before. Once order is dispatched, it is responsibility of the customer to receive the package with the full payment. If order is cancelled after the above mentioned timeframe and package has been dispatched from the warehouse, cost of shipment and handling has to be borne by the customer.

Note

Even though we want to deliver within 24 hours, how ever due to traffic conditions and unavoidable weather conditions deliver may be takes 2-3 days depending on your area location.
We will arrange next day delivery, but we cannot ensure timely delivery during weekends or national holidays.
